Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material available on RedWoow infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification. Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with enough detail for us to locate it on the site (such as the specific URL).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the same elements as outlined above, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
Repeat Infringers
RedWoow reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and applicable law.
